I never understood in: http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=931#c1 why its necessary to have the capability to report the date in both UTC and local time. Local time sounds more reasonable. I applied Nightlords patch only to avoid using Time::Local which seems to be an additional Perl module not distributed with Perl. This certainly wouldn't have been fixed unless you had also confirmed this behavior. Thanks!
