We are using the svnmerge.py utility to simplify merging svn branches. When we merge large repositories the commit message from svnmerge can be very large (e.g., 250KB). Using a large commit message when scmbug is enabled hangs the svn commit. When scmbug is disabled a commit with a large message works. Let me know what additional information I can provide.
