Hi Robert, Thanks a lot for keeping us in the loop. I'd be more than happy to make any changes needed to Scmbug to offer a reusable library that Codestriker can use. I went browsing through the link you've sent. I have some quick comments that perhaps could be of use to you and David.
- It is possible to query the Scmbug daemon for all the changes on a bug using the activity_get_bugs activity (currently used by the Merger tool) - Codestriker and Scmbug don't need to be running on the same machine to get this information. The Codestrirker machine needs to install scmbug-common that will make available the library that can issue an activity_get_bugs. The Merger tool can be used as an example of how to build up and issue this activity. Just track what needs to happen from my side at: http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1097 I'm not sure if you recall, but ages ago I mentioned that we use > integration between what ScmBug adds to the bugs and codestriker reading > them.
