Don't know what to write other than that the site hosting Bugzilla should also host the SCMBug deamon and the configured TCP-port for SCMBug should be available over network for your repositories which only get the glue-part of SCMBug. If you host the repositories and your Bugzilla over Internet you should use SSH or some kind of VPN to secure the connection between SCMBug and your repository glues. It should be like a local setup just the connection of the glue and SCMBug deamon is the interesting part. Or do I miss something very important?
