You said "I want to the Scmbug". I think there's a word missing there. 

But I think I understand what you mean. I think you need to also install
the Bugzilla 3.0.2 code (NOT the database)
in /var/www/html/bugzilla-3.0.2 on the machine that the Scmbug daemon is
running (even though the actual Bugzilla database and Bugzilla
application are running on 134.122.181.42) just so the daemon can use
the Bugzilla API.
