Our environment:
scmbug 0-23-0 scmbug 0-23-4
bugzilla 3.0 and bugzilla 3.0.3
OS: Solaris 8
Perl 5.8.8
MySQL 5.0
We are unable to successfully start the scmbug_daemon. The permissions on
the complete bugzilla directory hierarchy is 777. Any ideas on what we need
to do to get this to work?
Here is the complete error when we try to run the daemon:
Scmbug error 79: Package 'Bugzilla' not found in installation directory
'/proj/apps/bugzilla'.
Initialization of bug-tracking system 'Bugzilla' version '3.0.0' failed.
This could be due to an unsupported version of this system, or
misconfiguration.
We tried using scmbug 0-23-0 with Bugzilla 3.0 and 3.0.3 and received this
error. We also tried scmbug 0-23-4 with Bugzilla 3.0.
