Hey Rob. I have no idea! I've never tried to use it on Windows.
I think the most likely problem is that one of the prerequisites
doesn't compile on Windows, but I don't know which. Would you like to
try to install it and let me know how it goes? I'd be happy to fix or
help fix any problems that you encounter on Windows.
