Oliver, haven't heard anything from you. You've been quite active with
the Bugzilla backend. Is there work you'd like to see done in Scmbug
through SOC, that you'd be willing to oversee ?

Subject: [scmbug-users] Google Summer of Code '08
Date: Wed, 05 Mar 2008 12:07:05 -0700

Scmbug is planning to participate as a mentoring organization in the
Google Summer of Code '08 [1]. Please help get the word out to students
interested in participating, and people interested in mentoring
students.

The schedule is:

- by Wed March 12, 2008, accept mentoring organization applications
- on Mon March 24, 2008, begin accepting student applications

A preliminary list of project ideas has been posted [2], and feedback
would be welcome. We have a week to sort-out the current priorities of
the project.

This is a great opportunity to add features that have been long-needed.
People willing to mentor students during this process are also needed:
- Dmitri could push autolinkification.
- Robert could get help on WebReports.
- David could get the per-branch access policy going.
- Marek could finish the Merger Tool he requested.
