After putting in some debug-statements, I get the follwoing errors:

Can't locate object method "dbh" via package "Bugzilla" at /usr/share/perl5/Bugzilla/User.pm line 1664, <STDIN> line 34.

These are now Bugzilla specific. I don't see any sense in this, since I thought that /var/www/bugzilla31 is used ????

Agreed Kristis, nevertheless it's not recommended to use Scmbug with
Bugzilla 3.1.3.
Can't imagine that status/resolution changes will work for instance.

Any volunteers for Bugzilla 3.2 support yet?

But Oliver, I went ahead to verify this and login_to_id is still
present in User.pm in 3.1.3.

Hello Kristis,

Bugzilla 3.1.3 is a development release toward version 3.2, so I don't
think it's a bug in Scmbug, it's an unsupported version.

My guess is that login_to_id is no longer available in User.pm of
Bugzilla 3.1.3, hence the error. To fix the error, you'd have to
modify
Bugzilla.pm.in:integration_add_comment to NOT call login_to_id and
call
whatever is available now in Bugzilla 3.1.3 that does the same thing
