Hi,
I'm having the same problem as described in bug 832
(http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=832): no e-mail notifications
are sent when updating a bug status or adding a comment on commit.
If I do a sanity check, then the notifications get sent, but even the
user who committed the changes gets one.
This is with Bugzilla 3.0.2 under Windows; e-mails are sent via Sendmail.
