That's correct: I tried by just adding a comment and it worked, but just
changing the status doesn't do anything.

Looking at the documentation, I assumed that's what 'optional' is
supposed to allow.
But it looks like Scmbug does not process my log message when 'optional'
is enabled, because no changes happen to Bugzilla, and if I re-enable
'minimum_log_message_size', I always get an error telling me the length
is 0.
