Glauber, first you install all the scmbug packages. Then, for each SVN
repository you have you need to run scmbug_glue_install. This tool will
install the "glue" part of Scmbug into your SVN repository. Then, you
must start the Scmbug "daemon" on your machine that runs Bugzilla.

Then, try to commit some file in your SVN repository and see if the
integration works.

The files you will need to modify are:

- on the bugzilla server: /etc/scmbug/daemon.conf
- on your repositories: /repository/hooks/etc/scmbug/glue.conf
