As I already mentioned in a previous email... I believe this is an issue related to correctly executing
use Bugzilla; in Bugzilla.pm.in:init_specific(). I would look there for the error, or even add "use Bugzilla" at the top of Bugzilla.pm as a first step to see if I can get it to work.
