Hi Amar, Please send all communication to the mailing list
First I need to ask: What is the purpose of the requirement to store the comment and status into a text file ? Is this something you would like Scmbug to be doing for you ? In any case, the variables of SVN's pre and post commit hooks are a transaction number and repository path. You need to call 'svnlook info' with that transaction number as a parameter to be able to extract the log message. Look at line 200 here to see how Scmbug does it: http://www.mkgnu.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/scmbug/cvsroot/system/src/lib/product/Glue/Subversion.pm.in?annotate=1.41 I hope this helps On Fri, 2009-03-06 at 17:58 +0530, Amar Gupta wrote: > Dear Kristis, > > I've installed an integrated environment in office using SVN, Scmbug > and Mantis.
