Hi Craig, LDAPS support is not provided yet.
http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1369 The LDAP support existing in Scmbug was reused from the current LDAP support Bugzilla was offering at the time. If now Bugzilla offers LDAPs support, it shouldn't be too hard to add the LDAPs extension. There are no plans or timeframe for this right now. But if one wanted to add this, the Bugzilla sources would be the place to look.
