Thank you for the tip. I had already created symbolic links for my SVN
databases. After I get everything working, I'll have to give these
Junctions a try. It looks like a new implementation of the old MS-DOS
ASSIGN command.

use a Windows junction to create a symbolic link for C:\Program
Files\SCMBug to whereever you want it to be.
