No, you just need the glue on that machine hosting the repositories.

There are logs at C:\Programme\SCMBug\var\log\scmbug, maybe even a pid
file in var/run. I don't have any, but the version I use is pretty
old and I'm running in srvany as a windows service.

I think you have to kill the process at the moment, but not sure.
There where some issues regarding restarting the deamons where
restarting dind't work properly, but I can't remember if it's on
Windows or not.
