The more interesting question is: What needs to be stable if mainly
using templates is possible? In my example I don't use anything of
Bugzilla's api, just the text replace capabilities of template
toolkit. I don't think that this will differ in other bugtrackers, the
only thing which needs to be stable is the text SCMBug generates,
because all we want to do is text replacement.
