Which description field do you mean, the log message provided by the svn client or the bug descriptions in your bugtracker? I don't understand the "its" default fields from a SCMBug point of view. If you mean the descriptions of your bugs the problem stays the same as for custom fields: SCMBug want read the description to check your files. Everything you want must be implemented in SCMBug and custom fileds to manage your file list would be the much better approach than using the bug descriptions.
