Is there any further investigation I can do here - for example since I can see it reading Bugzilla.pm, is there a way for me to be able to see what specifically it's not finding?

My bugzilla.pm already has this block: if ($self->is_version_latest()) { unshift @INC, $self->installation_directory() . "/lib"; } And I can see in Process Monitor that it's scanning the bugzilla/lib folder looking for files.
