Hi,

Just faced same issue with scmbug 0.26.18 on Ubuntu 10.04. Seems "--name
scmbug_daemon" parameter breaks it - daemon couldn't be stopped using this
script. I'm attaching my new patch which seems to help (in fact final script
is the same as after applying my previous patch on top of 0.2.6.17).
