Hi Srini,

The Webreports capability has not been written generally enough to work
with all SCM systems. This is a limitation, and the reason the
Webreports capability is not documented.

The vdd_generator has been written more generally, but it lacks support
for creating VDD reports for CVS. The CVS support has not been
implemented due to limitations of CVS:

We could implement a workaround, as described in:

...but we haven't yet. Probably because there isn't sufficient demand
for CVS reports. I believe the issue really is that CVS is becoming a
retiring system.

The bottom line in your case is that you won't be able to produce
reports for CVS.
