Hi Shivi, This seems a problem with your configuration (not specific to Bugzilla 4.0 nor to the customization patches). Check scmbug documentation and some other scmbug discussions about your error. (Basically you should have configuration like that: '<scmuser>' => '<bugzillauser>'
Where <scmuser> is a valid user for your SCM (e.g. Subversion or whatever you're using) <bugzilla> user should be valid user of your Bugzilla. (Bugzilla usernames are usually e-mails). You should have your SCM and Bugzilla already configured with all their relevant users.
