Hi Afi, You may try switching logging to a more detailed level (daemon.conf). Have you also customized your daemon.conf accordingly (e.g. for the custom workflow you probably want to touch bug_status_map).
As Thorsten has advised - check if the daemon script is running before and after your attempt to install glue.
