Has anyone found a way of working with the Tigris issue tracker that
doesn't get you so annoyed you just say "f### it" and stop being
interested in dealing with issues?

It seems you have to be some sort of "master of the Tigris universe" to
make changes to any field. Being a "master of the Tigris universe"
doesn't actually solve the real problem which is that anyone with a
login should be able to change things like "assigned to" etc. to show
they have a BitBucket fork of SCons on which they are working on the
issue.

And then it is the trivial stuff like you can't add yourself as a cc to
an issue without making a comment.

Whoever wrote this stuff clearly doesn't understand anything about UX.
or UI for that matter· :-(

The Tigris issue tracker assumes Subversion use and that all committers
are signed up as issue handlers. And that they work on issues 100% of
their time. And I though we were living in 2012 rather than 1996. :-)
