I run my test:

I get a silly error which makes no sense. Now I do:
[wblevins@localhost testcmd.12339.qe2sNH]$ cd /tmp/testcmd.12339.qe2sNH

And the scons call works just fine, so I am confused. Is it a RHEL6
default python version issue?
