Thanks for your fast review! Let me know if you need help on this, I
am willing to test thoroughly whatever is needed to fix this issue.

Bibunits package is useful indeed, but isn't able to do what I need. I
need not one bibliography per chapter, but a full bibliography of the
whole document, but placed on its first section.

Very much like this ISO9001 description document
(http://www.critechinc.com/sites/default/files/ISO9001.pdf), where the
bibliography is at section 2. For me, coming from an academic world,
this was very shocking at first, and it not working at first hand on
Scons added a bit to the frustration of writing ISO9001 compliant
documents :)
