ideally it would be all of them. ;) But as always there are two sides: the purely technical side, where it's about which tools/apps to use and whether the server and other things like bandwidth will be sufficient. And there's the problem that someone has to actually write and publish stuff with the selected technology. I'm definitely more interested in the latter, and if easily getting messages out to the users means that our server is constantly churning away at 50% load and hogging 80% of its RAM, I basically don't mind. That's what they're there for. :) I'm exaggerating a little here, but I hope you get my point.
