I want to take Dirk's message a bit further, but I cannot have it getting lost in the other email chain!
I want to thank Gary who has been a great mentor. Gary taught me a lot, and showed great patience when I was floundering with the first couple of implementation concepts. I'm sure I was rude at least a few times when I started getting stressed, but he helped me those times too :) Thanks for everything, William
