looks like I haven't completed re-editing the message, I meant that
GccCov tool never had the wiki page, so link might be simply removed.

As for the http://scons.org/doc/production/HTML/scons-user/x3697.html I
guess the link should be updated to point to chapter 18.7,
http://scons.org/doc/production/HTML/scons-user/ch18s07.html.
