So this is named management of multiple heads in a single branch? I
must learn about this and see if I can make it work. The crucial
element will be if I push all the heads to BitBucket can it cope and
can it do pull requests from bookmarks.

The other thing I haven't risked is pulling new changesets into a clone
that is currently a working pull request clone.
