Hey Bill, It seems that the appveyor account is your account linked to scons, for example when you check some of our recently added appveyor builds: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/bdbaddog/scons/build/1.0.1
It is using your appveyor account. Do you think its possible to create a SCons appveyor account and link that to the scons organization on github? I don't really know how appveyor handles organizations like this so if someone has some more info on the correct steps to take please chime in.
