I assume that the version refered to as "all the variations" is Scott 
Skinner's set of variations, which can be found in his "The Scottish 
Violinist".  Alisdair Fraser plays them to stunning effect on his video 
(which from memory is also called Tullochgorum).  You'll find the tune 
variationless in most of important collections.
