I've just been looking at the LP "The Fiddler's Companion", a compendium
featuring, among others, Hector MacAndrew. One his sets is "Gicht
Castle/Mrs J.H.Alexander/J.H.Alexander Esq" and it is credited to "H
MacAndrew". That appears to be your answer then, Kate, only a year and a
half too late!
