Ah, but there is a critical mass of Irish immigrants in New York,
so the Irish culture propels itself. I've come to the conclusion that that
is okay. It's part of the order of things. To go against it would be to try
to create dis-harmony, to try to push the rock up the mountain when
gravity is against you. Better to accept and yield to it, let the rock
roll down the hill, follow it and see where it takes you. :-)
