Yes, actually I could do that. That's actually a really good idea.
Last night I moved the server to a location with alot more bandwidth
which fixed alot of the frequent rebuffering. Then I experimented with
increaing the streaming rate, but I found that it made it rebuffer even
more for people connecting with modems. So I left it at 32 bits, which
is the same as FM radio, which made the rebuffering rate more
acceptable. The fidelty of FM radio sounds good enough for my purposes.
I was able to sucessfully boost the maximum number of connections up to
7.
