It's by Norman Maclean, who's still alive.  It's a simple jig variant
of the old song tune "The Banks of the Devon", noted by Burns near
Inverness, and maybe ancient even then, so Maclean would not be on
very firm ground trying to claim it as his own.  Something like it
must have been made up on the spot by pipers over and over again
throughout the last 200 years.
