It was a fantastic night. Great venue, stuffed full of great people, great music, song and dance. Drink. Food. Balloons and a Christmas tree. A stellar line-up on stage and in the bar. We raised more money than we'd hoped for. A bitter-sweet night. Mostly a joyful gathering, but there were tears as well. We finished up with communal rendering of 'Sae Will We Yet' a song that Tony re-cycled many years ago. Not a dry eye in the house after that. Family and friends from Boston took back photos, a book of messages written by folk at the ceilidh, a video and other ephemera. Tony went through it all many times over the following days.
