I was going to ask if anyone knew this tune or anything about it, but
I've just found it in the Gesto Collection. It's a lovely slow march
which, when I heard it on the Old Blind Dog's recent CD, captivated me.
In Gesto it's in 4/4 and has the alternative name "Fingal's Weeping".
