Now there's an interesting question. It goes nicely with some of the
great philosophical questions, eg:
Why is there only one Monopolies Commission?
Why isn't "phonetic" spelt the way it sounds?
Why is it that if you send something by sea it's a cargo,
but if you send it by land it's a shipment?
And so on ..
