I've got a copy of that EP, I think - if I manage to locate the relevant wires I could try to make a tape of it for you. When I was a teenager in New Zealand I ordered Schoenberg's Wind Quintet from the UK to find only after I put it on that the contents of the sleeve was actually an LP by the Bee Gees. I can still remember those few milliseconds of utter disorientation in between "how on earth could a wind quintet make that sound?" to figuring out what had really happened. The musical equivalent of mistaking Marmite for chocolate spread. I don't think I've managed to hear the Schoenberg to this day, so for all I know it *does* sound like the Bee Gees. =================== <http://www.purr.demon.co.uk/jack/> =================== Posted to Scots-L - The Traditional Scottish Music & Culture List - To subscribe/unsubscribe, point your browser to: http://www.tullochgorm.com/lists.html
