It's a funny one this Nigel, I was employed in a project for a promo DVD to
record and play this track to create a "zany feel" for scotty dogs running
around in play........the tune was called Norman Buchans Heart, which was on
a Scottish compilation CD, the name of which eludes me now. Anyway, I
managed to transcribe it, it was a tester!

I have uploaded the final tune, though compressed, to our band media server
if you want to listen to it. The only drawback being that we can only afford
a single stream, so only one person can listen to it at anyone time. Here is
the link http://skelpit-lug.com/media/norman_buchans_heart.wax in windows
media format, it's timing is a little different to the original but the idea
is there.

If you want the dots I can happily supply. I have not spent the time to
learn abc yet so that may be out I'm afraid.....though I could make a midi
file of it and convert it. Whatever.....just let me know if you would like.

Jim Dawson

I've never heard of this one, Jim - where did you hear it?
