Hello everyone,

This person is Fiona Mackenzie. She is presently the Gaelic Song Fellow for
the Highland Council and helps me, as well as many other people, find lyrics
and translations for Scottish Gaelic songs. She also does several other things
including putting together a database of Gaelic song, teaching the language
and music to children and adults, singing and holding workshops in various
places throughout the world, etc.

Her Fellowship term is almost over, and if she gets enough votes, they might
extend her contract! So, if anyone is willing to do this, please read Fiona's
message and vote for her.

Tapadh leibh! (Thank you)!

Hello everybody!

I have been lucky enough to be nominated for the BBC Scotland
Traditional Music Personality of the Year Award !!! This is for my work
for Gaelic Song through the Fellowship.  The first term of the
Fellowship is due to come to an end at the end of February and if I can
do well in this, it could hopefully mean that they will extend my
contract! I would be very grateful if you feel that you could vote for
me - its very easy to do, click on this link
