AIR, you need to enable/configure some modules in each server.
It would be helpful to see you httpd.conf file - just the meaningful bits,
with FP installed -
grep -v "^#" httpd.conf | grep "[a-z]"
Also is the FQDN the real name of the IP address you are using to get to
the other site?
