Dear All,   A friend of mine who uses the same Mandrake 7.2 that I use gave me a copy of KDE 2.1 but whenever I try installing it on my Mandrake 7.2 using the command   "rpm -ivh filename.rpm" or "rpm -Uvh --replacefiles *.rpm" as instructed, I keep have errors messages like    failed dependencies ....   Is there anything else that I need before installing this KDE 2.1? (Maybe a new Xfree???) Can I anyone out there tell me how to effortlessly download the binaries of KDE 2.1 for Mandrake 7.2 and install without tears?   Any advice regarding VMWARE????   Many many thanks for your continued help.   Cheers.     Ernest.
