I think Andrew posted the X-Delivered-To post. I use similar in my
.fetchmailrc
as follows:

poll pop.freeuk.net
localdomains koby.freeuk.com
proto pop3
envelope X-Envelope-To:
user koby is *
password XXXXXXXXXXXXX
forcecr
