Market place looks like free ads for linux software vendors. I'd just get
it from a mirror site, e.g.

ftp.mirror.ac.uk:/sites/ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/7.0/en/os/i386/
ntp-4.0.99k-15.i386.rpm
