Subject: [scottish] Locale?

Hi all,

Anybody know anything about locale functions? Specifically I'm playing
around with PHP and want to know to what I should setlocale() in order to
get it to interpret dates as dd/mm/yy (instead of mm/dd/yy). The
documentation helpfully suggests fi_FI for finland and fr_FR for France.
But although en_UK does not produce an error for setlocale, it does not
produce the desired result for strtotime().

:(

Colin
