Is it anything specific that you're looking for, MySQL is basically SQL,
so there's not that much to it.

The MySQL.com manual is really good, covering replication etc.

Are you integrating MySQL with something else?

There's PHP/MySQL books, Perl/DBI books (not really MySQL, but that
doesn't matter :), and a variety of other books that cover MySQL.

Honestly, while I'd not recommend the O'Reilly book, it's not that bad,
it's just that it's not technical enough, and what's there doesn't
really require MySQL (it's really just SQL stuff).
