Thats the one i was thinking of, i walk past it everytime i go out in
edinburgh. I remember seeing drunk people emerging from tours there,
they seemed happy enough :D

We could of course go to dublin where 37 (including vat, and flights)
quid gets you a night of drinking as much nice beer as you can hold, 
however i dont think you would want to do much flying after that :D
